Fine Wines and Imported Beers are available at The Butcher's Block to compliment our fine meats.  We carry Belgian Ales, Local Brews, other beers selected by our staff, as well as other hard to find beers and wines.   

The Butcher's Block is a family owned and operated butcher shop offering the finest quality beef, lamb, veal, pork, poultry, deli meats, cheeses, and other foodstuffs available.

The Butcher's Block concept revolves around 2 key tenets, Quality of Product and Quality of Service. All employees are proficient in product knowledge relative to all items sold in the store. Our staff of foodservice professionals includes former chefs, restaurant staff, and others experienced with fine foods & wines, who provide personal service.

Peruvian Style Chicken
Tired of the plain cooked chickens from the grocery store?  Stop in and try our Pollo a la Brasa!  We marinate our chickens for 24 hours, slow cook them on our rotisserie & serve them with a traditional jalepeno Cilantro sauce.  Yucca fries available to complete your Peruvian dish.
